The response to our new Chakra Meditation Chair has been remarkable and we are delighted with the excitement it’s causing.  Each chair is individually crafted using Wildwood and reclaimed timber.  No trees are cut or felled to make them. The chair pictured is made from Oak and Beech.

Each chair is a unique piece and can be made to suit your personal chakra positions or to an average size if the chair is to be used by a number of different people. The chair is designed to be comfortable when sitting in the Lotus position, crossed- legged or with your feet flat on the floor.

Perhaps the most unusual feature of the design is the location of crystals at each of the chakra positions or energy centres along the spine.  We have used 10 crystals to bring the chakras in to balance and stimulate energy flow from the Root or Base Chakra to the Stella Gateway (two centres above the crown). Each crystal is removeable or interchangeable to allow for personal preference and experimentation.
The result is not only a balanced energy system but a very simple and effective way to achieve a meditative or contemplative state of being.  It is ideal for an experienced meditation practitioner or a newcomer.  It is suited to someone searching for altered consciousness or relaxation and stress relief.

Does the chakra Meditation Chair work when being used by different people, in a healing centre for example, when only some but not all of the crystals line up with an individuals chakras?

Ideally all of the crystals aline perfectly however, we have experimented with  people of varying heights using the same chair.  Each person has still reported a powerful and positive experience. Why? because crystals have a measurable energy field of their own.  Each crystal radiates its effect further than any differences in the location of an individuals chakras.   By placing specific crystals within your energy field, particularly when placed in sequence along the spine, the chakras can be  activated. This promotes the clearance of energy blocks  bringing  the system in to balance.

Is this process ever uncomfortable?
Sometimes, if a chakra is initially blocked, you may experience some unusual sensation or discomfort while it clears to allow energy to flow smoothly.

Can a Chakra Meditation Chair be used in a garden setting?
Yes, but let us know when you place your order so that we can use woods that are durable and appropriate to be left outside without deteriorating.

How do I know which crystals to choose for my chair?
It is not necessary to have a knowledge of crystals. Lizzi is a qualified crystal energy practitioner so she can choose the right set for your chair, dowsing for an individual where appropriate. A set of specifically chosen crystals is included in the price of your chair however of course you can choose them yourself if you prefer.
